Concepts per video — by tier
In production, 2–3 concepts are generated per video. Starter and Growth keep the best 1 concept per video (Starter: 5 thumbnails; Growth: 12 thumbnails). Pro keeps the best 2 concepts per video (12 thumbnails, 2 concepts each) and adds 1 channel banner.
Type and contrast treatment
Each kept thumbnail receives a type/contrast treatment: 3-word-max text and a mobile-legibility check at small size, so the text remains legible at the size viewers actually see it.
Delivery format — PNG + source files
Each thumbnail is exported as a 1280×720 PNG plus source files, and the pack is delivered by email. Pro also delivers the 1 channel banner included in that tier.
Content-accuracy guardrail — applied to every thumbnail
No clickbait imagery that misrepresents the video's content. A concept that misrepresents the video is not kept, even if it might attract a click.

The clock / turnaround rule
Turnaround is 48 hours per pack from complete intake for Starter, Growth, and Pro. Complete intake means the video titles/topics, channel link, style references, and face photos (if the channel uses them) have all been received.
Turnaround counts from completed intake, not from payment. If intake is incomplete, the clock has not started — ThumbDone will tell you exactly what is missing.
What's NOT included
No single-thumbnail product at any price. No clickbait imagery that misrepresents the video's content. Static design only — video editing is not included and is never sold by ThumbDone; video editing requests are referred to ClipForged (clipforged.co). ThumbDone never sells video editing and ClipForged never sells thumbnails. Also not included: filming, channel management, or any promise of views or clicks.
Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are case by case: refunds under $50 are automatic on request; $50 or more are reviewed before approval. No refunds for outcomes we never promised: views, click-through, or channel growth — ThumbDone sells thumbnail design in packs only, never a performance result.

If a delivered thumbnail does not match the format described on this page — for example text over the 3-word maximum or a file at the wrong size — email hello@thumbdone.co about that thumbnail and it will be addressed within the pack scope. New videos or additional concepts beyond the tier are a new pack, not a revision.
What are the refund terms?
